Started in 2021, the Washington County Pride Queer-Straight Alliance (WCPQSA) fosters connection among the LGBTQIA+ community and allies in Washington County, IN. Through gatherings and conversations, we provide a supportive space to share experiences, address challenges, and stand together for equality and inclusion.

Weekly meetings every Wednesday from 3PM-4PM at H&R Bakery, then from 4PM-6PM at another location! Please reach out for the address. 5th Annual Pride Picnic

Five! Whole! Years! And we're throwing our biggest celebration yet - and, of course, you're invited! Whether it's your first time, or you've been here for all five, we want you to come as you are and stay as long as you like. It will be an open-house style picnic filled with love, laughter, good food, music, art, and most importantly: community.

Food such as chicken, hot dogs, and vegan alternatives will be provided, but please bring a side dish if you're able!We will have water and lemonade on-hand, but you're encouraged to bring any other beverage you may want.Monetary donations to help pay for expenses can be made as well. WCPQSA is a completely volunteer-ran group hoping to support an entire county! While we love what we do, we are also always looking for others to help us continue our mission. If you have any interest in serving the community please feel free to reach out to us on any of our socials, or through our email!Additionally, we have both CashApp and Venmo for monetary support for the group and its events, as well as direct support for members of our community. We also accept cash donations in person, all of which can remain anonymous by request.
